Terms of Service – Commercial Cleaning
1. Scope of Services Services are limited to those outlined in the approved proposal or service agreement. Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
2. Access to Premises The client agrees to provide safe and uninterrupted access to the premises during scheduled service times. Delays or restricted access may result in additional charges.
3. Payment Terms Invoices are due according to the terms stated in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge for the scheduled service.
5. Liability & Insurance Vallior Solutions LLC maintains commercial liability insurance and follows OSHA safety protocols. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damages or improperly secured items.
6. Safety & Hazardous Conditions Clients must disclose any hazardous materials or unsafe working conditions prior to service execution.
7. Confidentiality Vallior Solutions operates with discretion and maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and facilities.
8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, in accordance with the terms outlined in the service contract.
9. Non-Solicitation of Employees The client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or attempt to hire any employee, contractor, or representative of Vallior Solutions LLC during the term of the service agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following termination of services. If the client hires or engages a Vallior team member in violation of this clause, a placement fee equivalent to six (6) months of the employee’s average service billing may apply.
